Keg and Zanny at Cities Without Maps - Kota Tanpa Peta premiere Ratmakan Kampung, Kali Code, Indonesia.

2016: Archive Project was initiated by Keg de Souza and Zanny Begg in 2006 and will be completed in 2016. When the project began we were both residents of Redfern and interested in documenting the process of urban change taking place in our collective backyard. Although neither of us can afford to live in our previous houses in Redfern anymore, we have committed to following this ten year study of the one neighbourhood to see where it takes us.

Through this collaboration we developed an exhibition, publishing and discusion project If You See Something, Say Something in January and February 2007. This project bought together 8 international and 8 local artists in an exploration of artistic agency.

In February 2009 we will be organising a follow up exhibition There Goes The Neighbourhood which will bring together local and international studies of gentrification within the Redfern area. This exhibition will be at Performance Space and various other venues within Redfern.
